sab sa paly payaz lahsan(garlic) adrak(ginger)sabaz mirch sabaz dhaniya or poridna sab barik barik kar lain almost paste bana lain ab keema la lain or keemay main ya sara paste bhunay hoay chany or badam pees kar sath namak mirch or garam masala sab kuch dal k keemay ko achi tara mix kar lain or balls bana lain ab rus la k un ko pees lain ab in balls ko rus k choray main dip kar k fry kar lain koftay tayar. ab tarka bana k achi si gravy bana k us main aloo dal k paka lain of koftay b dal dain hehehe

Baji app khuch ziada hi late ho gee .
Main nay
1- Kema bana kar us main 2 Piazz + 3 Lal Mirch sabat + Badam + (Long + Zera + Kalee Mirch - Garam Masala) dal kar pees lia.
2- Kemay main lal mirch + Namak mila kar 2 inch ki balls bana lee (10 ban gaeen then).
3- 6 Anday ubal liayee.
4- Piazz ko Ghee main dal kar halka brown kar lia, phir us main 2 tamatar dal kar unhain bhee naram kar lia.
5- Phir us main adrak + Lahsan dal dia or thora sa pakaya.
6- Phir us main choti pialee Chanay ki dal dal dee .
7- Thore Dair paka kar, us main Namak or Mirch dal dee.
8- Phir 4~5 panee ka kap dal diayee or phir us main koftay rakh diayee .
9- Pressure cooker ko band kar dia lakin seetee nahee lagiee, halkee anch per 35 min pakaya.
10- Koftay nikal kar plate main rakh liayee or material ko taizz anch per pakaya ta kay panee khatam ho jayee.
11- 5 min bad Anday ko koftay shamil kar kay 1 min pakaya or Phir agg band kar dee.
12- Koftay ready hain .
Tasweer bhee lay lo
2 koftay or 1 anda missing ha (you know what i mean) .
August kah rahee the yah masla LAL kuon nahee ha pela kuon ha (ziada mirch dal deta to latreen nikal jatee) .
